1. Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Read Like a Rockstar Teaching Membership, the Systematic Phonics and Phonological Awareness Membership, or any related products, resources, trainings, videos, downloads, and materials (collectively, the "Membership"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or access the Membership.

 

2. Membership Access

Your membership provides access to digital educational resources, including but not limited to:

  • Lesson plans
  • Presentation slides
  • Decodable texts
  • Printables
  • Assessments
  • Videos
  • Professional development materials
  • Downloads and templates
  • Member-exclusive resources

Membership access is granted solely to the individual or organization that purchased the license.

 

3. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Membership materials for educational purposes.

Individual Licenses

An individual license permits use by one educator only.

Individual members may:

  • Use materials with their own students.
  • Print resources for students they directly serve.
  • Display materials in their classroom.

Individual members may not:

  • Share login credentials.
  • Upload resources to shared drives accessible by non-licensed users.
  • Distribute materials to colleagues.
  • Post materials publicly online.

School and District Licenses

School and district licenses permit access only for the number of educators specified in the purchase agreement.

Sharing access beyond purchased licenses is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All Membership content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

All materials remain the property of Read Like a Rockstar Teaching LLC and Naomi O'Brien unless otherwise noted.

You may not:

  • Reproduce Membership content for resale.
  • Share Membership content on websites, social media, shared drives, or public platforms.
  • Create derivative products for sale using Membership materials.
  • Record, distribute, or republish Membership videos or trainings.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

 

5. Payments and Renewals

Membership subscriptions automatically renew according to the plan selected at checkout.

Available plans may include:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annual

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancellation.

Membership pricing may change in the future; however, changes will not affect an active billing cycle already paid for.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide a refund for payments already made.

Upon cancellation:

  • Monthly and quarterly members retain access through the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual members retain access through the end of the annual term purchased.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a membership term.

 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Membership and the immediate access provided to downloadable resources, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued except where required by law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased materials, please contact support and we will work to resolve the issue.

 

8. Educational Disclaimer

Membership content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

While the Membership is designed using evidence-based literacy practices and has resulted in,2-3 years of student growth, we can not guarantee specific student outcomes, test scores, grade-level gains, or educational results.

Implementation quality,  consistency, student attendance, instructional time, and other factors may impact results.

 

9. Account Security

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of credential sharing or misuse.

 

10. Modifications to Membership Content

Membership content may be updated, revised, expanded, or removed at any time.

We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue portions of the Membership without prior notice.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Read Like a Rockstar Teaching LLC, Naomi O'Brien, and affiliated team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Membership materials.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use of the Membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version will always be posted on our website.
